Scope of Service
This On-Demand Website Security Specialist (1 Hour) service applies to customers who:
- Require expert cybersecurity support for website security audits, malware removal, vulnerability assessments, or security enhancements.
- Need immediate assistance from a specialist to diagnose and fix website security issues within the allocated one-hour session.
Service Fee & Billing
- The fee covers the first 1-hour slot of cybersecurity services.
- Our service is billed in 1-hour blocks.
- If additional time is required to complete the task, we will inform the customer before proceeding with any extra charges.
- The initial fee guarantees a dedicated security session. If the issue is resolved within an hour, no extra fees apply. Otherwise, we will provide an hourly rate for additional work beyond the first hour.
Priority Service
- Customers who select Priority Service will have their security issue addressed within 24 hours of booking.
Limitations & Exclusions
The On-Demand Website Security Specialist (1 Hour) service does not include:
- Face-to-face or phone consultations.
- Security training, documentation, or step-by-step guides.
- Extensive penetration testing, forensic investigations, or high-complexity security tasks that exceed the 1-hour slot.
Liability Limitations
Inventiva Creative Studio’s liability for any claims arising from or related to this service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the customer for the cybersecurity service. Under no circumstances shall Inventiva Creative Studio be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business downtime, or data loss, even if advised of such possibilities.
