Scope of Service
This Full Website Backup & Download using Duplicator Pro service is for customers who:
- Need a complete manual backup of their website, including all files, databases, and configurations.
- Require a secure and downloadable backup package for migration, archival, or disaster recovery.
- Want a one-time backup solution with easy restoration capabilities.
Service Fee & Billing
- The fee covers one full website backup using Duplicator Pro.
- This is a one-time service and does not include ongoing automated backups or storage.
- If multiple backups or periodic backups are needed, additional charges apply.
Backup Delivery
- Once completed, the backup files will be provided via Google Drive or an equivalent secure cloud service.
- Customers will receive a download link to access their complete website backup package.
Installation Instructions
- Customers can restore or migrate their website using the Duplicator Pro Installer.

Priority Service
- Customers who opt for Priority Service will receive their backup package within 24 hours of the booking confirmation.
Limitations & Exclusions
This service does not include:
- Ongoing or automated backups beyond the one-time service.
- Hosting storage or long-term retention of backup files (customers must download and store them).
- Direct website restoration or migration (available as an additional service).
- Troubleshooting or fixing website issues before the backup process.
Liability Limitations
Inventiva Creative Studio is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party hosting environments, corrupted backups due to pre-existing website issues, or failures in restoration beyond our backup process. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid.

By booking this Full Website Backup & Download (Duplicator Pro) service, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. The service provides a one-time backup, and any additional requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
