Terms & Conditions
- Scope of Service
This Diagnosis Fee applies to customers who: a) Believe they are experiencing technical issues with WordPress, a Plugin, or a specific function on their website; or b) Require our team to inspect their website and provide specific instructions on how to achieve a particular outcome.
- Service Fee & Billing
a) The fee paid covers the first 30-minute block of our diagnosis service. b) Our diagnosis service is offered and billed in 30-minute blocks. c) In cases where additional blocks need to be booked to complete the diagnosis, we will inform the customer before proceeding. d) The fee paid provides the customer with a guaranteed diagnosis. If we can solve the problem within 30 minutes, we will. Otherwise, we will provide the customer with an hourly rate to resolve the issue, in addition to the diagnosis.
- Priority Service
Upon selecting the Priority Service, the customer’s diagnosis report will be issued within 2 hours of the booking received.
- Limitations & Exclusions
The Diagnosis Fee does not include or cover:
a) Face-to-face or phone consultations with our staff. b) Preparing training materials. If a task requires more than 15 minutes to complete due to: i) The amount of content or instructions/steps required; ii) The complexity of the format/presentation required for the instructions; or iii) Research time required to gather all instructions/steps.
- Liability Limitations
Inventiva Creative Studio’s liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with the services provided under this agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the customer for the diagnosis service. In no event shall Inventiva Creative Studio be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
- Amendments
Inventiva Creative Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on our website. Customers are responsible for periodically reviewing the Terms & Conditions for any changes.
By booking the WordPress or WordPress Plugin – Diagnosis Fee service, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
